We were aware of the recent event in which the United Republic of Tanzania hosted a gathering of the East African Community.
Your reception of the President of Somalia was of particular interest to Somaliland Community in Saudi Arabia.We noticed that the map of Somalia which was inscribed in the presidents welcome note did not include Somaliland.That has reminded us that for virtue or for vice it was our common destiny that we both were under the same colonial power for almost a century.And that was more than enough to make you certain that Somaliland is not Somalia.
Somaliland and Somalia united on 1960 to form the Somali Republic.
But Somalia deliberately changed the unity entities name to their own name of Somalia.
We thank the United Republic of Tanzania for their insightful capturing of the name embezzlement and showing Somalia their own territory.
