The book will cover every aspect of SNM liberation struggle way back from 1981 and genocide committed by dictatorship against the Issaq population from 1981 and until 1990 as this part of Somaliland history that no one has right to deny. The book is titled ” the death and destruction that generated Somaliland in May 1991″. Writing a history requires lot of details and historical information within a given number of words or required pages. It’s important to provide all the needed information, but also to present it in a cohesive, intelligent way. History is the biography of great men. History has many cunning passages. History is the witness that testifies to the passing of time; it illumines reality, vitalizes memory, provides guidance in daily life and brings us tidings of antiquity. Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.
